In this role, you will lead efforts to enhance code quality and developer productivity through AI, while ensuring that data is effectively collected and utilized across the company. Your work will involve collaborating with teams to create innovative features and promote a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• •Hands-on experience in writing code, deploying applications, and understanding modern, scalable system architectures
• •Passion for building AI/ML powered features and products
• •5+ years of experience in software Product Management, ideally within R&D, AI/ML or Data
• •Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model lifecycle management, applied research
• •Technical fluency with modern architecture: pipelines, event-based systems, product analytics
• •Pragmatic mindset with the ability to zoom between big-picture strategy and operational roadmap
• •Openness, curiosity, and comfort navigating ambiguity and change
• •Positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
• •Leadership: initiative, challenging assumptions, and driving from concept to delivery

Tasks

• •Define and drive the product vision for AI/ML capabilities
• •Develop the roadmap for data platforms and telemetry systems
• •Collaborate with AI researchers to create scalable product features
• •Ensure data is visible, trustworthy, and actionable
• •Implement instrumentation and pipelines for data collection
• •Create metrics and dashboards for product analytics
• •Engage with stakeholders to identify pain points
• •Translate stakeholder needs into strategic product decisions
• •Balance investments in infrastructure and governance
• •Promote a data-informed culture across the organization
• •Research new use cases for AI and data
