Requirements

  • Education in the technical field
  • At least 1 year experience in sales
  • Previous experience with social media advertising, digital marketing, and various tools
  • Reliability and high customer orientation
  • Quality sales skills
  • C1 level in Dutch and B2 level in English
  • Dutch (Required), English (Required)

Tasks

  • Respond to technical inquiries about hardware and software
  • Assist external users with technical product questions
  • Contact customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Support customers with website, store, or account integration
  • Help solve technical challenges for customers
  • Identify content and performance improvement opportunities
  • Advise customers on technical integration and process enhancements
  • Monitor customer success and track progress
