Tasks
- •Represent company-wide tech guidelines within the team
- •Drive advancement of technical best practices using ADRs
- •Mentor team members through coaching and pair programming
- •Foster technical excellence and create growth opportunities
- •Partner with leadership to define technical strategy
- •Own the implementation of technical strategy within the team
- •Enable product teams to adopt data practices
- •Consult on the creation of internal data products
- •Provide onboarding and documentation for data frameworks
- •Facilitate data adoption by improving foundation accessibility
- •Drive conceptual work during product discovery phases
- •Collaborate with the Product Office on technical concepts
- •Evolve the central data transformation framework using dbt
- •Maintain domain-specific data transformations with SQL
- •Conduct technical interviews for new engineering roles
- •Define technical requirements for upcoming positions
