- Drive continuous product quality improvements
- Initiate and establish design-process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering functions, project leads, and stakeholders
- Support the Oerlikon factory across the entire product lifecycle
- Supervise and train apprentices alongside team advisors
- Drive high-quality design practices and unified working methods
- Champion excellence in processes and documentation
