- Cascade training materials to the store team
- Execute all commercial training programs
- Coach team members on product knowledge
- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews
- Identify and bridge staff competency gaps
- Create and implement employee development plans
- Attract and retain high-performing talent
- Foster a positive and energetic work environment
- Lead daily meetings to communicate business updates
