Description

As a Team Lead in Site Reliability Engineering, you will oversee a skilled team while ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical infrastructure. This role blends technical direction with people management, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

Requirements

• •Proficiency in maintaining Kubernetes on edge machines
• •Fluency in at least one modern programming language, such as Golang or Python
• •Deep understanding of monitoring concepts and tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• •Native proficiency in Terraform
• •Deep proficiency in Linux-based systems and server hardware
• •Good understanding of release systems and proficiency with GitOps tools like Argo CD
• •Proficiency in security concepts like certificate management
• •Deep understanding of low-level hardware like routers, switches, and servers
• •Proven experience in bare-metal infrastructure provisioning automation
• •Ability to architect sophisticated, automated, and resilient delivery pipelines
• •Expert-level proficiency with Terraform for scalable environments
• •Development of a clear vision and strategic roadmap for internal platforms
• •Excellence in building relationships with development teams
• •End-to-end ownership of the developer experience and team output
• •Proven ability in conflict resolution and managing team dynamics
• •Experience in handling performance reviews and career progression
