- Strong analytical, conceptual, stakeholder management skills, independent topic driving, effective complex issue communication
- Fluent English
Tasks
- Lead and develop the Risk Governance & Capital Planning team
- Guide and mentor team members on ICAAP and ILAAP topics
- Enhance capital planning processes and Pillar 1 ICAAP governance
- Design and improve stress testing frameworks and scenarios
- Develop and refine the ILAAP framework
- Implement liquidity risk methodologies and funding risk assessments
- Maintain key liquidity risk metrics
- Oversee RWA calculation and risk appetite framework
- Set and monitor risk limits and internal controls
- Develop and maintain the risk inventory and recovery plan
- Ensure consistency in capital and liquidity perspectives
- Improve risk reporting for senior management
- Maintain data governance and data quality
- Adhere to regulatory requirements (MaRisk, CRR, ICAAP, ILAAP, EBA)
- Collaborate with auditors and regulators
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, Risk)
- Leverage technology to simplify and automate risk processes
- Increase operational efficiency through state-of-the-art technology
