Description

As the Aircraft Paint Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations in the paint shop, ensuring aircraft are expertly prepared and finished while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role involves coordinating tasks, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.

Requirements

• •Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft paint application
• •Strong knowledge of aircraft paint systems, detailing methods, touch-up techniques, and sealant application
• •English proficiency minimum B1
• •Ability to read and interpret paint schemes, technical drawings, and work instructions

Tasks
