- •Expert technical knowledge of distributed systems
- •Expert technical knowledge of data engineering
- •Expert technical knowledge of software architecture
- •Expert technical knowledge of cloud-native architectures
- •Expert technical knowledge of system design
- •Ability to define high-level strategy
- •Ability to execute complex technical work
- •Deep knowledge of lab workflows
- •Direct experience with integrated workcells
- •Direct experience with automation control systems
- •Proven track record of hiring and mentoring technical talent
- •Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams
- •Solid technical background in cloud-native architectures
- •Ideally AWS experience
