Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field
- Strong supply chain planning experience with expertise in material planning (raw materials and packaging)
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing (FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or similar)
- Proven leadership experience building and developing teams
- Ability to lead through organizational and cultural change
- Solution-oriented, resilient, and performs well under stress/ambiguity
- Strong process improvement mindset for robust, sustainable, scalable work
- Strong analytical skills turning data into insights and actions

- Experience in matrix organizations, dotted-line leadership, SAP/Abacus/ERP planning environments is advantageous
- Very good written and spoken German (B2) and fluent English
Tasks
- Lead and develop the material planning team
- Provide clear direction and coaching
- Offer daily operational support
- Ensure material availability for production
- Optimize inventory levels
- Reduce material waste
- Minimize excess stock
- Evaluate constraints and feasibility
- Identify bottlenecks and supply risks
- Define mitigation actions and trade-offs
- Drive solutions across Supply Chain
- Redefine assortment-specific sourcing strategies
- Develop sourcing strategies
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies
- Ensure OTIF material availability for Hero SKUs
- Maintain healthy inventory levels
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes
- Improve planning routines and master data
- Enhance planning parameters
- Strengthen planning performance
- Reduce manual intervention
