- Ensure supply chain readiness and design tool integration
- Define and maintain the R&D roadmap

- Ensure effective interfaces with product management and manufacturing
- Plan, budget, and control development projects
- Lead the development roadmap for electrical machines
- Establish and maintain academic partnerships
