Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Operations, or Software Engineering
- •Strong hands-on Python skills
- •Experience leading teams on cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred: ECS, EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda)
- •Experience with workflow orchestration (Apache Airflow)
- •Experience with containerization (Docker)
- •Experience with version control (git)
- •Deep understanding of AI principles
- •Excellent English communication skills
- •Passion for people leadership and innovation

- •Identify and prioritize automation opportunities with stakeholders
- •Guide the team in implementing workflow streamlining solutions
- •Act as the primary point of contact for product, data, and business leaders
- •Align team focus on high-impact work
- •Champion modern AI and automation practices
- •Create space for experimentation and learning
