Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting technical/field service talent (ideally energy, electrical engineering, industrial services, automation)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of sourcing methods for hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Ability to understand technical job profiles and translate into recruiting approaches
  • Experience in international matrix organization (plus)
  • Fluent German and English (additional language a plus)
  • Passion for people, data-driven decision making, and energy transition contribution

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Field Service and engineering roles.
  • Engage with hiring teams to understand technical requirements.
  • Understand safety and field environment requirements.
  • Drive proactive talent sourcing.
  • Deliver market insights on energy/industrial talent.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders.
  • Align talent strategies with operational priorities.
  • Align talent strategies with customer project demands.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Enhance candidate engagement continuously.
  • Represent the company at career fairs.
  • Represent the company at technical events.
  • Represent the company at industry forums.
