Requirements
- Knowledge and strong interest in Building Technologies
- Knowledge/experience with Desigo Building Automation management station and System One engineering
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, LON, KNX protocols
- Basic knowledge in networks and Windows domains (IPv4, IPv6)
- Basic knowledge in SQL databases
- Knowledge/experience with embedded Linux automation devices engineering
- Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python) for test automation
- Ability to work in distributed, multicultural teams
- Functional tests for Desigo devices and applications
- Maintaining Desigo devices for Desigo CC integration tests
- Setup and operating of large distributed systems (meshed, hierarchical, mixed)
- Setup and operating of redundant systems
- Executing endurance and performance tests of systems
- Execute measurements of systems for comparison
- Creation of automated tests
- Fluent in English
Tasks
- Conduct functional tests on Desigo devices and applications
- Integrate Desigo CC with various systems
- Maintain Desigo devices for integration tests
- Set up and operate large distributed systems in meshed, hierarchical, and mixed configurations
- Set up and operate redundant systems
- Execute endurance and performance tests
- Measure system performance to compare with previous versions or different setups
- Create automated tests
