- Ensure smooth operation of core banking applications
- Manage 2nd-level support for applications
- Process incident tickets within agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with incident managers, application service owners, 3rd-level support, IT/Agile teams, and business stakeholders
- Act as local administrative manager
- Take on weekly 24/7 on-call duty
- Administer change requests
- Execute application-related processes
- Participate in periodic release activities
- Conduct weekend deployments
- Contribute to projects for operational aspects of applications
- Perform routine data cleansing and system maintenance
- Drive process optimization and automation
- Hand over tasks to L1 (Control Center)
- Maintain and update application operation documentation
- Provide support for batch job scheduling and monitoring
