Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Thorough understanding of sustainability reporting landscape, especially CSRD / EU Taxonomy
  • Extensive experience in practical application of EU Taxonomy requirements
  • Skilled in developing relevant ESRS disclosures
  • Ability to deliver under tight timelines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient ability to summarize and visualize with PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work comfortably across diverse teams and time zones
  • Very high proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in German is a plus
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland

Tasks

  • Support regulatory competence for EU Taxonomy
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actions
  • Review methodologies for ESG reporting compliance
  • Develop ABB’s position for regulatory consultations
  • Deliver training on sustainability reporting topics
  • Monitor EU Taxonomy changes and best practices
  • Propose practical implementation of EU Taxonomy changes
  • Prepare annual EU Taxonomy assessments
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
  • Present EU Taxonomy assessment results to stakeholders
  • Streamline EU Taxonomy and ESRS requirements
  • Prepare EU Taxonomy disclosures in Sustainability Statement
  • Ensure successful external assurance for EU Taxonomy
  • Provide input for regulatory consultations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on EU Taxonomy
  • Drive process optimization
  • Develop reporting tools and processes
  • Consult and inform internal stakeholders on processes
  • Create presentations for meetings and Steering Committees
