Requirements

  • Solid foundation in IT basics
  • IHK certification in IT specialist training, degree in Business Informatics, or comparable qualifications
  • Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
  • Familiarity with EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, API environment, communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills

Tasks

  • Provide product support for the Business Integration Suite
  • Record and classify support cases
  • Resolve support cases independently or with 3rd level support
  • Collaborate with customers to enhance SEEBURGER solutions
  • Act as Designated Support Engineer for premium customers
  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assist the support team with software updates
  • Conduct system analyses
  • Participate in service environment projects

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
