Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or comparable technical field
  • Proven experience in Supplier Quality Management
  • Strong knowledge of PPAP and supplier qualification processes
  • Experience with supplier audits, quality methodologies, and problem-solving tools
  • Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with sustainability, corporate governance, and Supplier Code of Conduct
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desirable
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%

Tasks

  • Lead and execute part and process qualifications (PPAP)
  • Act as project manager for PPAP activities
  • Drive supplier qualification and quality improvement
  • Plan and conduct supplier audits and assessments
  • Follow up on supplier audits and assessments
  • Ensure effective closure of non-conformances
  • Manage supplier quality issues and non-conformances
  • Escalate issues when required
  • Monitor and report supplier performance KPIs
  • Support Supplier Performance Evaluations
  • Maintain PPAP documentation in PLM systems and SAP Reiwa
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Promote proactive communication
  • Resolve conflicts effectively

  • Bachelor's degree
