Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Genuine interest in sustainability topics
- 1-3 years experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or relevant field
- Experience or interest in carbon accounting, especially Scope 3
- Knowledge of ESG regulatory frameworks and disclosures like CSRD or CSDDD
- Strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Confidence working with data and assumptions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Clear communication and ability to explain analysis
- Structured, proactive, and adaptable work approach
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Support value chain sustainability reporting and disclosure
- Assist with due diligence and internal and external audits
- Manage supplier ESG and carbon emissions data collection
- Analyze sustainability data for internal and external reporting
- Monitor and implement supply chain regulatory compliance
- Execute material compliance and due diligence processes
- Contribute to Scope 3 carbon footprint and decarbonization efforts
- Develop sustainability processes, tools, and governance frameworks
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to customer sustainability requests
