- •Build dashboards for inventory projections and write-offs
- •Maintain reporting tools for provisions
- •Monitor and analyze Supply Chain KPIs
- •Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- •Design and streamline cross-functional Supply Chain processes
- •Conduct regular performance assessments
- •Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- •Define ADS-wide processes for S&OP inventory reporting
- •Ensure process adherence across all sites
