- •Negotiate contracts and define Service Level Agreements
- •Manage contracts and Lifecycle Management processes
- •Monitor KPIs, benchmarking, and SLA adherence
- •Develop sourcing strategies and oversee budgets
- •Maintain strong supplier relationships
- •Manage pricing and overall cost structures
- •Handle quality control, complaints, and escalations
- •Manage internal partners and external service providers
- •Address and resolve SLA breaches
