Requirements
- Degree in Business, Sales, or equivalent
- Experience in Inside Sales or Commercial Operations
- Initial people leadership or team coordination experience
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Mandatory fluent English skills
- Additional language skills as a plus
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on leadership approach
- Ability to manage escalations and decisions
- Data-driven mindset and KPI focus
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership and accountability
Tasks
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team
- Coordinate daily sales activities and campaigns for the Southern region
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
- Prioritize quotations, orders, and customer inquiries
- Monitor response times, backlogs, and sales results
- Act as the first escalation point for operational issues
- Coach team members to improve daily performance
- Conduct monthly meetings focused on results and processes
- Approve special pricing and commercial decisions
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and pricing policies
- Collaborate with field sales to support regional objectives
