Tasks
- Support developing and enhancing strategic roadmaps.
- Strengthen the operating model across locations.
- Support documenting security and non-financial risk roadmaps.
- Support organizing security and non-financial risk roadmaps.
- Assist preparing coordination material for India delivery team.
- Create a prototype capability reporting view for performance metrics.
- Map collaboration touchpoints across global locations.
- Identify process adjustments for transparency or efficiency.
- Collect and summarize team feedback on working conditions.
- Review and suggest improvements for knowledge transfer materials.
- Analyze team activity data to support leadership discussions.
- Prepare concise summaries and visuals for leadership decisions.
- Provide structured insights for future improvements.
