- Guide emerging brands through their scaling journey
- Serve as the main contact for national and international brands
- Support hidden champions in market positioning
- Analyze accounts and recognize market trends
- Identify potential opportunities and develop solutions
- Resolve inquiries independently and manage escalations
- Act as the interface between customers and internal departments
- Create KPI dashboards and quarterly business reports
- Present reports to customers
