- Familiarity with business correspondence with customers
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in customer service, customer satisfaction, administration
- Creativity and critical thinking
- Enjoyment of dynamic, hands-on environment, energetic and proactive approach
- Proficiency in Canva, Power Point
Tasks
- Act as the first point of contact in the Student Hub
- Welcome students in the Student Hub
- Guide students to appropriate departments for queries
- Maintain an organized and welcoming workspace
- Track student appointments
- Welcome students attending scheduled meetings
- Prepare appointment owners
- Ensure a smooth appointment flow
- Keep logs of registration desk activities
- Ensure students complete required forms before appointments
- Print registration forms as needed
- Scan registration forms as needed
- Archive registration forms as needed
- Assist with class visits
- Assist with form collection
- Assist with interdepartmental communication
- Run general errands
- Organize departmental events
- Communicate for departmental events

- Currently in higher educationOR
