Requirements

  • •Enrollment in university (Bachelor, Master) or graduation within the last 12 months
  • •Innovative spirit with design thinking focus on end-user
  • •Knowledge of packaging and/or medical device materials, processes, and equipment
  • •Experience in applying life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology in product development
  • •Capability of authoring high-quality technical documentation
  • •Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • •Proficiency in English; knowledge of German considered an asset

Tasks

  • •Evaluate sustainable alternatives for pharmaceutical and medical device applications
  • •Perform detailed analysis of device and packaging configurations using life cycle assessment methodology
  • •Implement measures for the device and packaging department based on the Roche global Product Stewardship initiative
  • •Innovate by screening new device and packaging technologies to reduce environmental impact
