- Enrollment in university (Bachelor, Master) or graduation within the last 12 months
- Innovative spirit with design thinking focus on end-user
- Knowledge of packaging and/or medical device materials, processes, and equipment
- Experience in applying life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology in product development
- Capability of authoring high-quality technical documentation
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German considered an asset
Tasks
- Evaluate sustainable alternatives for pharmaceutical and medical device applications
- Perform detailed analysis of device and packaging configurations using life cycle assessment methodology
- Implement measures for the device and packaging department based on the Roche global Product Stewardship initiative
- Innovate by screening new device and packaging technologies to reduce environmental impact
