Requirements

  • •Outstanding Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • •At least one year of professional experience in Consumer and Retail initiatives
  • •Expertise in consulting and project management
  • •Rational thinking and technological understanding
  • •Structured reliable work style
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills in English and either German or French at C1 level

Tasks

  • •Contribute to strategy and transformation engagements in the Consumer Products & Retail sector
  • •Support the design and implementation of GenAI, analytics, and digital use cases
  • •Help clients translate emerging technologies into business value
  • •Assist with organizational, process, technology, and change initiatives
  • •Ensure alignment between business strategy, operating model, and IT execution
  • •Define future ways of working, including agile and product-centric models
  • •Support the rollout of new working models across the organization
  • •Facilitate change management and capability-building activities
  • •Enable sustainable transformation and workforce upskilling
  • •Act as a bridge between business, strategy, and technology teams
  • •Produce structured analyses and high-quality client deliverables
  • •Support senior leadership decision-making with insights
  • •Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership
