Requirements

• •University degree or equivalent professional experience
• •4–7+ years of relevant experience
• •Strategic sourcing or category management experience
• •Logistics, fleet, or heavy equipment sourcing
• •Experience with RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, and contracts
• •Experience managing vehicle fleets or assets
• •Understanding of maintenance and operational requirements
• •Exposure to TCO-driven decision-making
• •Exposure to road transport and logistics
• •Experience in aviation or operationally intensive environments
• •Understanding of transportation markets and pricing
• •Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
• •Comfort in international, matrix-driven organizations
• •Fluency in English, French, or German
• •Execution-oriented with a strong operational mindset

Tasks

• •Manage specialized frozen and ambient warehouse solutions
• •Analyze transport spend and cost drivers
• •Execute strategic sourcing events and eAuctions
• •Negotiate diverse commercial and leasing models
• •Manage the full asset lifecycle from specification to disposal
• •Optimize total cost of ownership and maintenance
• •Standardize equipment specifications with engineering teams
• •Shape servicing and spare-parts strategies
• •Manage relationships with OEMs and leasing providers
• •Partner with internal safety and finance teams
• •Ensure compliance with airport and safety regulations
• •Act as the commercial interface for external partners
