- Shape and execute sourcing strategies
- Drive PCB sourcing during product development
- Act as key interface to Engineering teams
- Lead sourcing of PCBAs and electronic components
- Manage supplier selection and development
- Conduct commercial negotiations
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Align strategies with business objectives
- Achieve targets for cost, quality, lead time, and supply continuity
- Manage component lifecycle risks
- Address obsolescence and transition scenarios
- Drive supplier development and qualification
- Manage supplier relationships
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives
- Optimize working capital
- Support supplier consolidation
- Serve as subject matter expert for PCBAs and electronic sourcing
