Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives (strategy execution, transformation, PMO, or internal consulting)
  • Ability to run end-to-end delivery (planning, governance, dependency, risk/issue management, reporting)
  • Strong track record in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, translating strategic goals
  • Strategy consulting experience or equivalent internal strategy/transformation role
  • Experience with digital product development teams using client-centric and agile methods

Tasks

  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from kick-off through adoption
  • Manage initiative scope, outcomes, and timelines
  • Oversee initiative dependencies and resourcing
  • Ensure delivery quality for strategic initiatives
  • Translate strategy into executable plans
  • Define clear objectives, success measures, and delivery roadmaps
  • Establish initiative governance, cadence, and decision forums
  • Manage initiative risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure alignment with leadership priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Tech, Commercial, Operations, and business stakeholders
  • Clarify roles, handoffs, and deliverables
  • Proactively remove project blockers
  • Escalate decisions as needed
  • Manage stakeholders and executive communications
  • Produce concise status updates, decision briefs, and readouts
  • Facilitate workshops and steering discussions
  • Ensure leadership visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs
  • Manage change and communications for initiatives
  • Develop and run team communications
  • Develop team narratives, updates, town halls, and newsletters
  • Support initiative adoption plans
  • Embed changes into business as usual
  • Measure post-delivery outcomes and benefits realization
  • Validate results against OKRs
  • Capture lessons learned
  • Recommend follow-on actions to sustain and scale impact
