  • Manage DAAI budgets, forecasts, and investment cases
  • Track and report business value realization
  • Ensure clear visibility on milestones and risks
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional risks and issues
  • Align stakeholders on priorities and actions
  • Maintain integrated plans and track actions
  • Support readiness for handover into run
