Requirements
- Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in planning, controlling, or consulting

- Derive and communicate monthly targets from the annual business plan
- Coordinate with Merchandise Planning and Pricing teams for optimal management
- Monitor business and performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare cross-team ad-hoc analyses, reports, and dashboards
- Develop and automate planning and reporting processes
- Evaluate innovative campaign formats and revenue measures before launch
- Analyze deviations in KPIs to drive corrective actions
- Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders in marketing and logistics

- Bachelor's degree
