- •Oversee staff planning and performance appraisals
- •Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- •Supervise stockroom and inventory processes
- •Manage product safety and end-of-season returns
- •Oversee operational compliance and store maintenance
- •Report accurately on sales and costs
- •Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping guidelines
- •Liaise with HQ for store image improvements
