- In-depth understanding of DDS frameworks like ROS/ROS2 or other networking middleware
- Experience in startup environments, demonstrating adaptability to rapidly changing priorities
Tasks

- Drive technical decisions on algorithms and architecture
- Prototype and evaluate optimization-based and search-based planners
- Collaborate with perception, controls, localization, and systems teams
- Promote best practices in software development and functional safety
- Mentor engineers through code review and design discussions
