- •Experience owning projects from start to finish
- •Strong skills in building maintainable tests
- •Strong experience with observability and tracing
- •Knowledge of best practices for performance optimisation
- •Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure
- •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- •Drive to continually develop skills and improve processes
- •Fluency in English and effective communication skills
- •Experience as a founding/early member of an Engineering team
- •Experience in a fast-growing Scale-up environment
- •Experience with GCP

Tasks
- •Own and support the development of the data orchestration and processing pipeline
- •Build resilient and robust Python applications that integrate with other services
- •Mentor others to enhance developer experience by writing intuitive and testable code
- •Develop observability for ML applications and GenAI/LLM integrations using the Grafana Stack
- •Create integrations and services that communicate with Google Services
- •Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to productionize models
- •Respond to incidents related to ML applications, triaging and resolving CPU, memory, and GPU issues
- •Document procedures and guides to facilitate knowledge sharing among engineers
- •Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
- •Manage end-to-end project responsibilities as the team grows
