Tasks
- Guide the team through complex technical challenges

- Ensure timely delivery of quality e-commerce features
- Mentor and coach frontend and QA engineers
- Partner with the Product Lead to align engineering with business goals
- Act as the primary technical contact for the team
- Coordinate backend architecture and API schemas with other Tech Leads
- Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the website
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
- Align technical strategy with the overall App and Web vision
- Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals and application performance
- Collaborate with operations to ensure high availability
- Maintain the long-term health of the technology stack
- Interview and onboard new engineering talent
- Research and propose new technologies to improve efficiency
- Identify and prioritize technical debt with the Product Lead
