- •10+ years of experience in backend software development
- •Expert-level proficiency in GoLang in microservice architecture
- •Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI-native applications
- •Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration
- •Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and high-concurrency systems
- •Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks
- •Proven ability to optimize RAG pipelines for latency and cost
- •Familiarity with building multi-agent workflows
- •Experience building internal SDKs or libraries for AI features
