Requirements

- Thorough understanding and excellent hands-on experience with injection molding machine and auxiliary equipment (Hot runners, controllers, Polymer dryers, Thermolator, Mold heaters, robot/take out systems, component handling systems) and their integration
- Thorough understanding of mold/machine setup, operation, and process optimization
- Statistical analysis knowledge, including Design of Experiments (DOE) execution
- Knowledge of problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies
- Independent work ability with strong attention to detail, efficiency, effectiveness, and cost focus
- Passionate, committed self-starter with 'can do' attitude, teamwork, and responsibility
- Excellent intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- Highly desirable knowledge of SCADA systems and PLC programming (Siemens, Beckhoff)
- Plus: Knowledge of engineering resin characteristics, validation of new polymer materials and molding processes for medical grade polymers
- Plus: Previous exposure to highly regulated industry (medical, pharmaceutical) and knowledge of standards (ISO13485, cGMP)
- Plus: Six Sigma certification
- Plus: Mandarin language skills
