Sr Commercial Partnership Manager(m/w/x)
Building strategic partnerships for defense UAVs with global government and defense organizations. 10+ years in defense/aerospace partnerships required. Focus on European and NATO defense industrial landscape.
Requirements
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in defence, aerospace, or high-technology sectors
- Track record of structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements, joint ventures, or industrial cooperation deals
- Deep understanding of European and NATO-aligned defence-industrial landscape, procurement frameworks, offset requirements, and sovereign industrial policies
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills in multicultural, multi-jurisdictional environments
- Experience with hypersonic, missile defence, advanced weapons systems, or dual-use technology programmes and familiarity with export control regimes (ITAR, EAR, EU dual-use regulations) is an advantage
- Fluency in at least two European languages (English required. Preference for German, knowledge of French, or Spanish is an asset)
- Strategic and outward-facing professional, not shying away from operational tasks, with strong military or defence background
- Understanding of defence organization operations and building trusted relationships within the defence ecosystem
- Thrives in high pressure (scale-up) environments, communicates confidently, and motivated by bringing advanced UAV capabilities into operational use
Tasks
- Define and build Destinus partnerships
- Manage system integrator partnerships
- Manage capability partnerships for seekers, interceptors, and payloads
- Manage industrial partnerships for scalable production
- Evaluate and negotiate joint ventures
- Support business cases for strategic initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Build high-value B2B relationships
- Develop account-level relationship strategies
- Serve as senior commercial interface for partners
- Identify opportunities for partnership expansion
- Partner with internal stakeholders for collaboration
- Provide market feedback for product enhancement
