Requirements

  • Mehrjährige HRIS-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HR-Administration, HR-Prozessen und Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Erfahrung in funktionaler Konfiguration von SAP SuccessFactors EC
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, lösungsorientiert und serviceorientiert
  • Erfahrung in Transformations-, Implementierungs- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten von Vorteil
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Payroll und IT
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Tasks

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) funktional betreuen und weiterentwickeln
  • HR-relevante Systemeinstellungen (Workflows, Business Rules, Organisationsstrukturen) konfigurieren und pflegen
  • Komplexe Incidents im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support analysieren, bearbeiten und lösen
  • Releasewechsel und Tests (UAT/Regressionstests) unterstützen
  • Eine stabile Systemlandschaft sicherstellen
  • Eng mit HR, Payroll, SSC und IT HR-Prozesse umsetzen und optimieren
  • An HR-Transformations-, Standardisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten mitarbeiten
  • Datenqualität und Dokumentation sicherstellen
  • Definierte Governance- und Systemstandards einhalten
