Requirements
- •Degree in business, economics, law or similar
- •Initial HR experience or relevant internships
- •Knowledge of compensation and benefits
- •Communication, project, change and stakeholder management
- •Basic knowledge of modern HR management
- •Conceptual, analytical and MS Excel skills
- •Fluency in German and English
Education
Tasks
- •Advise HR business partners and managers on remuneration and benefits
- •Manage streams or sub-projects for global total rewards initiatives
- •Prepare information events and professional communication materials for staff
- •Analyze data regarding EU pay transparency
- •Support the creation of group and site-specific works agreements
- •Implement the annual salary round in SAP SuccessFactors
- •Execute global and local bonus plan processes in SAP SuccessFactors
- •Conduct job evaluations and maintain the global evaluation database
- •Collect internal and external data for benchmark studies
- •Develop and adapt C&B processes with other HR departments
- •Train the HR team on applying C&B processes and measures
