  • Rapid comprehension of workflows
  • Highly developed logical thinking skills
  • Highly developed networked thinking skills
  • Very good German language skills verbally

  • Very good English language skills in writing
  • Italian language skills are an advantage

Tasks

  • Manage hotline service for business-related requests
  • Handle inquiries from front office staff in German, English, and Italian
  • Support RM and ARM with order entry systems transactions
  • Train new Front joiners on relevant applications and processes
  • Assist with problems in various order systems and toolboxes
  • Support RM and ARM with Digital Banking Tools requests
  • Train new Relationship Managers and Assistants in applications and processes

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • High school diploma

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
  • Italian – Basic
