- Herstellung klinischer Produkte unter Einhaltung von GMP- und Sicherheitsstandards
- Durchführung von Biokonjugations- und Aufreinigungsaktivitäten
- Mitarbeit in allen Prozessschritten (Vorbereitung, Produktion, Nachbereitung)
- Steuerung komplexer Produktionsanlagen (Diafiltration, Chromatographie, Konjugationsreaktoren)
- Pufferherstellung durchführen
- Filtration von Lösungen durchführen
- Ansatz von Wirkstoffen in Isolatoren durchführen
- Inprozesskontrollen und Routinemessungen durchführen
- Teilnahme an Verbesserungsinitiativen unter Einhaltung von 6S- und Hygienestandards
- Chargen- und Reinigungsdokumentation führen
- Logbücher führen
- Testläufe durchführen
- Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen durchführen
- Qualifizierung von Anlagen durchführen
