Requirements
- 15+ years of SOF experience
- Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Detailed understanding of USAF/USN/USA/USMC/NATO analysis methodologies and Joint capabilities
- Accreditations including leadership experience in S3/J3/G3 TOC, Task Force staff, or Battle Staff
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years experience, Associate degree with 10 years experience, or 10+ years relevant work experience
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
- Effective management, administrative, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment

Tasks
- Manage the Tactical Operations Center.
- Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership and management.
- Supervise assigned staff and subordinate supervisors.
- Monitor current operations.
- Synchronize current operations.
- Enable client's PIR and CCIR priorities.
- Enable client's order of battle priorities.
- Inform clients of significant events and situational changes.
- Communicate across echelons.
- Lead an analysis cell.
- Lead cell operations across all domains.
- Lead cell integration within the Joint Force.
- Assure mission network availability.
- Oversee TOC-E notification processes and procedures.
- Direct network and systems analysis taskings.
- Direct standardization and security assessments.
- Direct monitoring and alerts notification.
- Report operational briefs to senior government management.
- Participate in tactical plan development.
- Participate in proposal development.
- Participate in report development.
- Participate in task order development.
- Conduct planning for task workload.
- Provide client recommendations on task workload.
- Attend meetings.
- Serve as primary client liaison.
- Interact with agencies, vendors, and program staff.
- Coordinate deliverables and product development.
- Ensure highest standards for project deliverables.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology.
- Participate in special projects.
