Requirements
- •10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technology field
- •Hands-on experience in IAM and IGA domains
- •Proven track record of quota attainment in strategic account management or overlay sales
- •Deep understanding of IAM, IGA, Endpoint Security, and cybersecurity best practices
- •Strong communication skills for conveying technical value propositions
- •Confident presenter with ability to influence at all levels
- •Team-oriented and proactive in navigating matrixed environments
- •Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Tableau
- •Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology and Command of the Message framework

- •Achieve and exceed sales quotas for Workforce solutions
- •Identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities from discovery to closure
- •Collaborate with Account Managers to build relationships with CISO/CIO and product leaders
- •Deliver value-based business cases that demonstrate ROI
- •Work with Solutions Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to align architecture with business outcomes
- •Coordinate internal resources for a cohesive customer experience
- •Partner with Resellers and Channel Partners to expand market reach
- •Drive partner enablement initiatives to enhance channel engagement and accelerate sales cycles
