Requirements
- At least five years of experience in supply chain management or consulting
- Broad understanding of supply chain processes
- Knowledge of S&OP, inventory management, and logistics flows
- Background in solution sales or presales for complex supply chain offerings
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to build robust ROI models
- Comfort with ERP systems such as SAP and planning tools like IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or similar
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Ability to turn innovative ideas into actionable plans
Tasks
- Generate new leads through multiple channels
- Leverage marketing campaigns to create cold leads
- Activate existing accounts to build internal traction
- Lead the sales process by understanding customer challenges
- Craft compelling solution narratives
- Quantify benefits and define scope and cost estimates
- Contribute to the commercial strategy and go-to-market positioning
- Design solutions and develop pricing models
- Collaborate with technology partners and internal experts
- Ensure technical and operational feasibility of proposed solutions
- Create reusable sales assets
- Support the development of high-quality proposals
