Requirements
- •Experience in large software/IT organizations with emphasis on CX
- •Several years of experience in Solution Advisory within the CX portfolio
- •Solid understanding of cloud (SaaS), integrations, and data privacy
- •Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/PaaS models
- •Recognized CX subject-matter expertise with value-based presales/customer engagements
- •Ability to craft compelling, persona-based stories and pragmatic roadmaps
- •Passionate, energetic customer presence with excellent presentation skills
- •Fluency in German and English; other languages are an advantage

Tasks
- •Provide deep expertise in the CX solution portfolio
- •Deliver tailored demos that showcase value to key stakeholders
- •Collaborate with Account Teams to identify and qualify opportunities
- •Drive adoption and consumption of SAP CX solutions
- •Evaluate opportunities based on CX-specific criteria
- •Act as a thought leader in customer experience
- •Refine account strategy and shape competitive differentiation
- •Conduct dry runs and localize scenarios for engaging presentations
- •Define architecture and integration assumptions for projects
- •Engage post-sale to track and expand use cases
- •Drive renewals and customer satisfaction
- •Leverage digital assets tailored to CX personas
