Requirements

• •5-15+ years of software engineering experience
• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• •Strong software engineering skills in Python or systems languages (Go, Rust, C/C++)
• •Experience managing infrastructure at scale with DevOps and cloud automation
• •Track record of driving engineering excellence through high standards
• •Proven ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives
• •Outstanding communication skills across organizational levels
• •Demonstrated success in clarifying ambiguous technical problems
• •Strong systems thinking with risk mitigation abilities
• •Low ego, high empathy engineer supporting diverse teams
• •Experience supporting fast-paced startup engineering teams

Tasks

• •Build security for large-scale AI clusters
• •Implement robust cloud security architecture, including IAM and network segmentation
• •Design secure workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• •Develop secure cloud infrastructure with expertise in various cloud environments
• •Ensure Kubernetes security and manage container orchestration
• •Apply threat modeling and risk assessment in multi-cloud environments
• •Mentor engineers and support the growth of the Security team
• •Design and harden CI/CD pipelines against supply chain attacks
• •Create secure development workflows in hardened remote environments
• •Implement network segmentation and access controls in cloud environments
• •Manage infrastructure through automated configuration and policy enforcement
• •Harden containerized applications and enforce security policies
