Requirements
- •At least 8-10 years of experience
- •Prior experience in technology and software companies, FinTech, E-Commerce, or related field
- •Prior exposure to cloud services, SaaS, and artificial intelligence
- •Deep understanding of modern AI foundational technologies
- •Expertise in agent workflow platforms and builder frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph
- •Strong familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and modern distributed database architectures
- •Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
- •Experience deploying and managing systems on major cloud platforms
- •Ability to rapidly evaluate new technologies and articulate trade-offs
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

- •Design and evolve architecture for a large-scale, distributed system
- •Evaluate and select the optimal technology stack
- •Define interfaces for seamless agent interaction and information sharing

- •Research advancements in the AI domain, focusing on agentic AI
